In the first video of our new colleague interview series, we introduce Nicola, our new Head of Supported Living Services. She shares what she will bring to JRHT and what she is most excited about in her new role.
Nicola is passionate about using technology to help people to stay independent – “as long as we never lose the human connection.”
She also talks about her background, experience and what drives her:
“What really motivates me is knowing that the support we provide helps residents feel safe and independent at home.”
