We’re looking for residents who want to help shape the future of our homes and communities. By becoming a Resident Board Member, you can use your lived experience to guide the decisions we make every day.
Resident voices matter deeply to us. As our Chair says in the recruitment pack, we want resident views “to be at the core of the decisions we make”
When you join the Board, you’ll help us set our direction, stay true to our values, and make choices that genuinely reflect the needs of our communities.
You don’t need previous experience. We’ll give you training, mentoring, and support so you feel comfortable and confident in the role.
Who Can Apply?
If you live in a JRHT home either as a tenant, shared owner or leaseholder, we would love to hear from you.
