The best services are shaped by the experiences of those who use them.
We're inviting residents to join the Involved Residents Network - a flexible way to share your views, ideas and experiences to help improve JRHT services and your neighbourhood. Residents have given us face to face feedback that you want to be more involved, and we want to work with you to achieve this.
Getting involved doesn't have to mean meetings or long-term commitments. You can take part in ways that suit you - online, in person, or just occasionally when something interests you.
By getting involved, you will be able to:
- Tell us about your experience of using a service
- Join one of our resident focus groups
- Suggest simple improvements to JRHT services
- Review letters, emails or forms that are sent to JRHT residents
- Make a difference to JRHT and the community you live in
- Suggest improvements
You can get involved:
- Online, in person, or a mix of both
- As little or as often as you like
- You will be rewarded for your time
Making sure getting involved works for you
We also know getting involved isn't right for everyone all of the time. That's why we're asking all residents to complete a short survey - whether you want to get involved now, in the future, or not at moment. Your answers will help us make involvement more accessible, flexible and meaningful.

Online Portal
We also have some exciting news to share with you. We're getting ready to launch a new online community portal for JRHT residents.
This new space will give residents who want to engage with us, an easy way to stay connected, share feedback, and get involved online. From consultations and surveys to opportunities to have your say, the portal will make it simpler to engage with us in a way that suits you.
