We’re making this change because we have improved the way we take card payments, making the process quicker, safer and more reliable for everyone.
This means you will no longer be able to pay rent or service charges at our Receptions.
You can make payments by:
- Phone
You can call us on 0800 587 0211 to make a payment quickly and securely. Our team will be happy to help.
- Using Allpay
Allpay gives you flexible payment options. You can pay online, by phone, through the Allpay app, or in person at a Post Office or PayPoint with your payment card.
- Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the simplest way to pay. Your rent or charges are taken automatically each month, giving you peace of mind that payments are made on time. If you’d like to set up a Direct Debit, please contact us and we’ll help you get started.
