Our retrofit programme
We're carrying out retrofit improvements to homes across our communities to help make them warmer, more energy efficient and more comfortable to live in.
Depending on the type of property, this can include improvements such as insulation, new windows and doors, better ventilation and heating upgrades. These measures can help reduce heat loss, improve comfort and support lower energy bills. If your home is included in a future retrofit programme, we'll contact you with information about the proposed works and what you can expect.
