Thornton-le-Dale is a village and civil parish in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire. It is three miles east of Pickering, on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Roxby Gardens is off Roxby Road on the A170 Pickering Road to Scarborough Road (YO18 7SR).
