Mistral Court is conveniently located in a secluded, quiet area on the corner of Huntington/Foss Way (YO31 8FF). It's just one mile from the centre of York. There's a regular bus service.

Mistral Court has 22 self-contained two bedroom flats, and six self-contained one bedroom flats in a two storey building. There is also a self-contained two bedroom bungalow. All properties are designed to enable residents to live independently in a safe, inclusive environment. Each property has warm-air gas-fired central heating and double glazed windows.

Residents can part-rent, part-buy 25%, 50%, 75%, 99% of the value of the property on a 99 year leasehold for the elderly scheme.

Weekly social activities for Mistral Court residents include coffee mornings, outings and art classes. The scheme has a community room and laundry and a scheme manager who lives on site. All properties are linked to our central control system by intercom for emergencies. Residents pay a monthly service charge for the maintenance of communal gardens and parking bays.
