About Beech Grove, Selby

Communal facilities and services

Each flat is linked to our warden call service via an intercom. A scheme manager visits residents once a week to check on repairs and maintenance. They also develop community activities. All residents pay a monthly service charge in addition to rent, which is reviewed each year in July.

The local area

Beech Grove is within easy reach of local shops and amenities. These include branches of all major banks, and churches of most denominations. There is also a central post office, a district library, leisure centre and swimming pool. In addition, there are Age Concern and Citizens Advice offices, and a community centre.

Properties

Beech Grove is made up of 14 self-contained two bedroom flats, each with a door entry system, gas-fired warm-air central heating, an independent water heating system and double glazed windows. The flats are designed to enable residents to live independently in a safe, inclusive environment. Properties are available to rent or part-buy as part of our shared ownership or leasehold for the elderly schemes.
