Scheme Details: We propose to build 10 x one-bedroom apartments which will be a split between rent and shared ownership for older people or people living with disabilities. One of the homes will be reserved for the warden. The proposed new homes are located on land on the south side of Sturdee Grove- the new homes will be integrated as part of the current JRHT Sturdee Grove/Mistral Court scheme. This land is currently owned partly by Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust and the City of York Council.
