Tracey is the Property Assurance Director at A2Dominion Group, overseeing asset assurance and transformation delivery, with a focus on resident safety, asset performance and regulatory compliance.
Previously, she was the Director of Investment & Compliance at Incommunities, a leading housing provider in Yorkshire managing over 22,600 social and affordable homes. Here, Tracey led the way in developing Incommunities' first-ever Strategic Asset Management Plan in line with the Institute of Asset Management Core Principles – a first within the housing sector.
Tracey is an experienced leader with over 25 years in a variety of strategic, commercial, operational and delivery roles, across both public sector and housing organisations. She is passionate about social housing and involving residents in the decision-making processes, with a commitment to providing safe, warm, and welcoming places to live and thrive.
