Rudi is an award-winning leader in social value and community investment, with over a decade of experience in housing, regeneration, and place-based impact. He currently leads the Communities & Social Impact function at Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, where he oversees the design and delivery of social value strategies across a diverse pipeline of new housing developments.
Rudi is the founder of the Social Value Circle, a growing cross-sector community of professionals with over 1,000 followers, championing excellence in social value delivery and measurement across the built environment. He was named in Inside Housing’s Top 40 Under 40 and recognised as a Housing Champion by Housing Today for his national leadership in embedding social value within the housing sector.
Rudi holds an MBA from Henley Business School, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability. He also serves as a trustee at The Money Charity and is a frequent speaker and mentor across the housing and social value sectors.
