Values Champions recognises people who demonstrate one or more of our core values:

• We Make a Difference

Values Champions recognises people who demonstrate one or more of our core values.

Who you can nominate

You can nominate:

• Colleagues
• Residents
• Volunteers
• Community groups
• Teams or departments

There is no limit to how many nominations you can submit.

Award categories

There are three award categories, linked to each JRHT value.

• We are Built on Trust
• We Show we Care
• We make a Difference

For every category, our panel selects two winners:

• One colleague or team
• One resident, volunteer, or community group

How to nominate

To make a nomination, complete our online form. You’ll be asked to share:

• Who you are nominating
• Which value they demonstrated
• A short description of what they did

The form only takes a few minutes to complete. Nominate a Values Champion.

How the process works

A panel of residents and colleagues review all nominations. They look for clear examples of how the nominee demonstrated our values. As well as selecting winners, the panel may also highlight other positive stories and examples of great practice.

Winners are announced on the website, in newsletters and on social media channels.

Nominations are accepted throughout the year and reviewed at set periods:

Winners receive a certificate and are featured on our website, in newsletters and on social media channels.

We share their stories to inspire others and highlight the everyday actions that make our communities stronger.
