Dan is an experienced property professional and is Executive Director of Property at Aspire Housing in North Staffordshire. Dan has also worked on regeneration programmes for a Local Authority and spent several years in the United States developing town centre regeneration schemes. His motivation comes from revitalising neighbourhoods and communities and seeing the positive difference this makes to the lives of residents.
