Sharon joins us from Bernicia Homes where she previously worked as Head of Asset Management. She brings a track record covering leadership, asset management, retrofit strategies, data collection and analysis, tenant engagement and compliance.
Her previous roles also include Head of Asset Management and Maintenance at York HA, General Manager Hartrigg Oaks at JRHT, Director of Property Services at Pickering and Ferens Homes and Head of Building Services at the City of York Council.
