Upgrading our systems to improve services for residents


We are pleased to announce that we have entered a partnership with Civica to replace our current outdated housing, asset and finance systems with a system known as Cx.

Civica are an established market leader, and this appointment follows engagement with staff across JRHT, residents and suppliers to ensure we have captured their requirements for a new system.

The work to replace the current system will take place over the remainder of 2022 and throughout 2023, with the system launched in early 2024.

A key benefit of the new system is that it will create a single source of information held on residents, properties and assets data which will enable a better service for residents.

We will also be introducing a resident portal in 2024 which will allow residents to directly access many of our services 24 hours a day via their phone or computer.

Over the next 12 months, we will be looking for residents who want to get involved in the design of the portal and testing how it works; please look out in the JRHT E News and other communications about ways to get involved.
