Alistair is a qualified accountant and project manager with significant experience of major change programmes across Government including the Universal Credit programme and the upgrade of the DWP Resource Management System.
As a High Risk Project Reviewer for the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) he has carried out detailed reviews of high cost, complex and high risk projects including HS2, and the A14 Huntingdon to Cambridge Improvement.
