Sharon joins us from Broadacres Housing Association where she was previously Head of Customer Experience and Support. She was responsible for strategic development and operational delivery of customer experience in the allocation and management of homes, income recovery, neighbourhood & tenancy management, Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), extra care, and the delivery of housing support services.
Sharon brings a track record in providing strategic direction, developing, and leading teams to achieve an organisation’s vision and objectives.
Her previous roles have included Housing Consultant for Sheffield Council and Director of Housing and Estates at St Anne’s Community Services. Earlier on in her career, Sharon spent a substantial period working for Wakefield Metropolitan District Council/ Wakefield District Housing in various roles.
