Residents asked to report any issues

There is a lot of activity in Derwenthorpe relating to the building of the final homes as well as planned work to improve the roads. The increased presence within the community has raised concerns from residents particularly about noise, traffic and congestion, dust and debris.   

In a proactive effort to address any issues arising from ongoing construction activities, residents are asked to report issues directly to Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT).

JRHT meets weekly with Camstead Homes and David Wilson Homes 

The information supplied on the online form will be raised by JRHT in these meetings. The responses and outcomes will be shared with residents via the Derwenthorpe Residents Association and noticeboard at the Super Sustainable Centre in Derwenthorpe.  

If the issue needs immediate attention, please continue to report the issue directly to the contractor responsible for the work.
