David is the CEO of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation in West London.
Until January 2021, he was the Executive Director for Housing and Land at the Greater London Authority (GLA). His earlier roles included London Director at the Homes and Communities Agency, Director of Urban Policy at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in the early 2000s and a leading role in Housing and Regeneration at Manchester City Council during the 1990s.
David is a member of our Nominations and Governance Committee and Development Sub Committee. He is also Vice Chair of the Trustees for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
