Communities

Most of our homes are in York or the surrounding area; many of our homes are in the village of New Earswick.

We also have housing elsewhere in East, West and North Yorkshire.

Sheltered housing Housing designed for older people, usually self-contained flats or bungalows with communal facilities, alarms, and a scheme manager.

General housing Communities with a mix of family homes, usually available for rent or shared ownership.

Retirement living/care Housing with care and support for older people in retirement, including residential and/or nursing care.

Independent Living Services

We have several schemes that provide care and support for adults with learning or physical disabilities, enabling independence and opportunities.

There are five schemes in the New Earswick / Strensall area of York and two schemes in Market Weighton that provide services to 36 people overall. Read more about these services.
