Need to share something positive or negative with us? We’d love to hear from you if you want to give us a compliment or make sure that someone is recognised for a job well done. This year we have received 165 compliments so far, compared with 72 last year. Thank you – it means a lot to hear from people who are happy with our services.
It’s also just as important that we hear from you if you have concerns, whether as an individual or as a group of residents. It might be about the standard of a service, actions that we did or didn’t take as an organisation, or the actions of one of our own staff or someone working on our behalf. The more feedback we get the better we will perform.
For example, a resident recently contacted us after having a new garden gate fitted. We agreed that both the workmanship and fitting of the gate fell below the standard we’d expect. We dug out the original agreement with the sub-contractor which set out the product and installation standard. After talking with the sub-contractor, they ensured the job was started again and completed satisfactorily. We then received a letter of compliment from the resident who said they were “over the moon”. Not only did we get to the right result for them, but it helped to lower the risk of the same problem happening elsewhere.
