Join our Involved Residents’ Pool

Date:

JRHT is committed to creating thriving neighbourhoods and providing excellent services for our residents. To achieve this, we must work together with the people that mean the most to us - you! You are best placed to advise us on how we can improve and make things better.

We already work with residents on a regular basis to improve our services but we are looking for more people to join in. We want to give you as much opportunity as possible to have a say in our work and share your views on what matters most to you and your neighbours. That’s why we’ve created a brand new Involved Residents’ Pool as part of our wider resident involvement work.

The Involved Residents’ Pool is a group of residents working together on a variety of themes and projects. JRHT creates opportunities for group members to give resident perspectives on various issues, to help us to improve and develop the services we offer. Your contribution can be big or small. Everyone that joins the pool is making no commitment, other than that you are happy for us to contact you from time to time to see if you want to get involved in an area you are interested in.

We already have a list of residents that have signed-up and we would love it if you would join them. We want to hear from you what is good about what we do, what works and what doesn’t. We want to really listen to your opinions and take action based on what you tell us. We will do what we say we will and keep you updated on the positive changes we make based on your feedback.

What can I get involved in?

There are a whole host of topics and themes we’d love to hear residents’ thoughts on. These include anti-social behaviour, communications, digital inclusion, landscaping, policy reviews, procurement, repairs and maintenance, recruitment and sustainability.

You can share your thoughts, ideas and feedback in a range of ways including postal and online surveys, face-to-face discussion and project working groups.
