At this time, we would normally tell you know about changes to office opening times. This year, due to the pandemic many of our offices and reception points have been closed in line with government restrictions with staff working from home.

We are still here if you need to:

  • pay your rent, telephone 0800 587 0211 or pay online www.jrht.org.uk using a your debit card (for cash rent payments visit your local post office)
  • report a repair, telephone the Customer Access Team
  • talk to someone about your financial situation. Contact your housing officer or Martin Bell Money & Benefit Adviser or find out more at Money, benefits and debt advice

Over the Christmas and New Year holidays the Customer Access Team will available on 0800 587 0211 or email [email protected] at the following times:

Monday 21 Dec to Wednesday 23 Dec – 8am to 5pm
Thursday 24 Dec Christmas Eve - 8am to 4pm
Friday 25 Dec to Monday 28 Dec out of hours repairs emergency only
Tuesday 29 Dec and Wednesday 30 Dec – 8am to 5pm
Thursday 31 Dec New Year’s Eve – 8am to 4pm
Friday 1 Jan 2021 – out of hours emergency repairs only

Monday 21 Dec: 9 am till 4 pm
