My main responsibilities are:
- ensuring all our care services comply with legal, regulatory and contract requirements
- supporting the ongoing improvement in service quality
- leading the learning and development programme of the 500 staff within care services
- managing the marketing and information function within care services.
I have nine years' experience with JRHT in quality and compliance roles. Before I joined JRHT, I worked for 15 years within social services at North Yorkshire County Council, including the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks, project managing service improvement initiatives and managing the provision of information to customers. I have an MA in social policy.
I enjoy contact with residents and being part of improving the service they receive.
