I also ensure that the community’s services are delivered to the highest customer-focused standards. In conjunction with service managers, I am responsible for service development and service improvement, with a focus on the specific requirements of Derwenthorpe residents, including repairs and maintenance and landscape maintenance. I also support the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s research into environmental performance/behaviours and digital inclusion/social media at Derwenthorpe. I am passionate about socially and environmentally sustainable housing and communities and am proud to be a part of JRHT’s mission to provide excellent services to our customers by delivering best-practice services based on our cutting-edge research.
I work closely with Derwenthorpe residents to ensure that they are getting the most out of their experience of being a member of this vibrant community. Residents’ feedback and input into the housing and services we offer is a vital part of our work and helps us to constantly improve the lifestyle and well-being of people in the community.
