Welcome bonuses

Care or support workers​

You'll receive a £500 welcome bonus.

  • Two equal instalments of £250 are paid on arrival and after successful completion of 6 month probationary period

Additional shift bonuses of £250 are available for staff completing extra hours


You'll receive a £1500 welcome bonus.

  • Three equal instalments of £500 are paid on arrival, after 6 months and after 12 months of completed service
