JRHT is committed to giving residents a say in service development and more opportunities to get involved in taking local decisions that can affect their lives.
To meet this aim, JRHT has Resident Groups at our communities that enable people to work together to address issues in their neighbourhood.
There are regular meetings for the groups listed below. If you would like to become a member of one or more of the panels below, or set up a residents association for where you live please ring Fateha Begum, Resident Involvement Officer on 01904 735008 or email her at fateha.begum@jrht.org.uk.
- Residents and Tenants First (RTF) - Residents help to monitor our performance as a landlord by identifying service improvements and checking that these happen.
- Resident Inspectors - Provide evidence-based, objective assessments of service areas from the customer’s perspective.
- Disability Action Group (DAG) - For residents who want to improve services and support for people with disabilities and ensure JRHT understands and meets their needs, and those of their carers.
- Residents Voice - For representation from resident groups across all JRHT locations
- Hartfields Landscape Panel - To identify improvements in the landscape at Hartfields and check that they happen.
- Hartfields Residents Panel - To identify improvements in service delivery at Hartfields and check that they happen.
- Resident Association Meetings - To discuss any local issues affecting your neighbourhood
