We recognise that on occasions such as sickness, accident, redundancy etc. you may have less money coming in. While we will always try to work with you to overcome the problem, there are some situations where JRHT has to take steps to recover arrears owed:
- when a former tenant has an account that is still in arrears,
- when payments for a garage lease are in arrears;
- when payments for a shared-ownership property fall into arrears;
- when a charge for a service remains unpaid.
JRHT strives to resolve such problems with good will and by agreeing the appropriate steps with the people concerned. Consult our leaflet for further information on the procedures we adopt to recover arrears.
