Our Sheltered Accommodation schemes have been designed to meet the needs of retired persons over the age of 60 years and disabled persons of any age, who wish to live independently but also have the benefit of a scheme manager and alarm call system. All mains services are connected.
Location
Dower Court is a purpose built development for retired people aged 60 or over, situated off Heslington Road, approximately 1 mile from the centre of York and overlooking Walmgate Stray. There is a bus service to the city centre and local shops nearby.
