Homes for rent

If you want to rent a JRHT property then you need to join our housing register. 

There is high demand for renting a JRHT property so your registration will only be progressed if you are allocated adequate points, based on your current housing situation.

Please be aware no points are allocated for length of time on this housing list. Your date of application only affects your position on the housing list if applicants have the same points and they will be shown in date order.

  1. To find out more details about how your information is assessed, please read the housing registration information pack;
  2. Then complete Part One of the Housing Enquiry Form;
  3. If you have specific medical needs then you must also complete the 'Health assessment questionnaire'. Please ensure your GP, consultant or a suitably qualified person completes and signs pages 8 and 9;
  4. And if you require sheltered accommodation, you must complete the 'Sheltered housing support questionnaire'.

Once you have completed all the forms, please send them to our Customer Services Team - information@jrht.org.uk or 0800 5870211.

Please ensure that you answer all the questions in the application forms. Failure to do so will mean that your form will be returned and your application delayed. Incomplete forms cannot be accepted.
