Fees are reviewed annually and those listed below are fixed until 31 March 2011.
Residential Care is £2,168 per calendar month. Nursing Care is £3,015 per calendar month. This rate is subject to a reduction equal to the NHS nursing contribution of £108.70 per week standard rate or £149.60 per week if assessed as having high care needs (figures valid until 01 April 2011).
Fees include accommodation, service charge, Council Tax, all utilities (excluding phone), meals and a care package appropriate to the person’s individual needs. Fees are paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit. We operate a Loan Stock and Bursary scheme, which can enable residents to reduce their monthly payments and assist if individuals get into financial difficulty. Residents enter into an Agreement with JRHT which sets out the obligations of both parties with regards to the rights to occupy a place at Lamel Beeches and receive ongoing care and support.
