The scheme has a scheme manager who lives on site and offers assistance on welfare issues. You can rent or part rent, part buy (shared ownership) properties from 25%, 50%, 75%, 99% on a 99 year lease and pay a monthly rent on the balance. The monthly rent is reviewed each July. The amount to be purchased will be agreed between us after a confidential financial assessment.
In addition all residents pay a monthly service charge, this is also reviewed in July each year. The scheme has a 'group' television licence to which all residents pay a contribution.
