Derwenthorpe in Osbaldwick (York) is adding the Affordable Housing Development trophy to its growing list of accolades. Previous wins include a Housing Design Award and a Pride in the Job Quality Award; presented to Site Manager Mark Oates for outstanding build quality.
The first phase of this hugely successful development – 40 per cent of which is affordable housing – is being delivered in partnership with David Wilson Homes.
Derwenthorpe will eventually offer up to 540 high-quality environmentally-friendly and energy efficient homes which have been expertly designed by Richards Partington Architects to be as innovative as they are practical.
