Our primary financial aim is to ensure that JRHT is financially viable and operates within the financial parameters set out within the Financial Plan. Our services will demonstrate value for money with an agreed annual target of return.
We aim to achieve the highest professional standards, demonstrate best practice and create new developments that take the best of what we have learned from our own work and the world around us.
In addition, our role as a registered social landlord provides us with other opportunities to trial new approaches.
