You will be positive, friendly and flexible in your approach with an ability to use your initiative and used to working accurately with Word, Excel and Outlook. An understanding of confidentiality and the ability to work with sensitive information is essential.
Previous experience in an HR team would be an advantage as would be the Certificate in Personnel Practice, but is not a necessity.
