Mistral Court/Sturdee Grove is on the corner of Huntington/Foss Way,York about 1 mile from the city centre.

The scheme has 22 two-bedroomed flats, 6 one-bedroomed flats in a 2 storey building and 1 two-bedroomed bungalow. Each flat has warm-air gas-fired central heating and double glazed windows. The scheme has a community room and laundry.

All residents pay a monthly service charge which is reviewed each July.

A scheme manager lives on site and the scheme is linked to our central control system by intercom for emergencies.

The Residents Group meet regularly to discuss a range of issues, including social events and organise coffee mornings every Thursday.
