The scheme comprises 20 two bedroomed flats and 4 one- bedroomed flats all contained in a 2 storey building.

Each flat has warm -air gas-fired central heating. Communal facilities include a residents' lounge and laundry.

The scheme has a resident scheme manager and is linked to an intercom system for emergencies.

The scheme is supported by a government grant of 30%of the cost which enables a purchaser to acquire up to 70% interest in the value of the property on a 99 year lease.

All residents pay a monthly service charge, which is reviewed each July. A 'group' television licence on a reduced rate is available for which all residents pay.
