floor levels, with lifts. The development on William Plows Avenue
consists of 12 flats on two floor levels and bunglaows.

Community facilities include residents' lounge, hobbies room,

The scheme has a
scheme manager that lives on site and offers assistance on
welfare issues.
You can rent or part rent part buy (shared ownership) properties
from 25%, 50%, 75%, 99% on a 99 year lease and pay a monthly rent
on the balance. The monthly rent is rewieved each July.
The amount to be purchased will be agreed between us after a
confidential finacial assessment.
The scheme has a very active residents group that meet at least
four times a year. They work towards implementing changes residents
have requested and
organise social activities and outings.
