We will maintain our estates to highest possible standard.

We will ensure that the estates on which you live remain clean, well maintained and safe places. We are committed to achieve and sustain stable communities for the benefit of all residents.


We will:

  • undertake a community walkabout monthly on our larger estates and publicise the dates in advance
  • deal with complaints of rubbish or fly tipping within 5 working days or earlier if it poses a danger or risk deal with complaints of unkempt gardens, boundary hedges and fencing, and over grown pathways within 5 working days
  • visit suspected abandoned properties within 1 working day
  • deal with complaints of parking of vehicles within 5 working days or earlier if the vehicle presents a danger to other road users or pedestrians respond to reports of unlawful occupation of one of our properties within 1 working day
  • maintain a garage waiting list and publicise the availability of garages
  • respond to requests to join the garage waiting list within 5 working days and provide a schedule of landscape maintenance to all our sheltered schemes and estates
  • maintain a high standard of cleanliness to communal areas

You will:

  • report any estate maintenance requirements to us
  • tell us about any suspected abandoned properties or properties that you suspect are occupied unlawfully
  • maintain your garden, boundary hedges and fencing in accordance with your tenancy agreement or lease conditions
  • park your vehicle responsibly and considerately, requesting visitors to your home do the same, ie not on the pavement or blocking driveways
  • trim back overgrown trees or hedges which may be interfering with adjacent properties or walkways
