The scheme has six two-bedroomed flats in a two storey block , two,two bedroomed bungalows and one,one-bedroomed bungalow and six flats for rent. Each home has warm-air gas-fired central heating and double glazed windows.

A scheme manager visits the site two mornings a week and each property is linked to our central control system for emergencies.

The scheme is supported by a government grant of 30% which enables a purchaser to acquire 70% interest in the value of the property on a 60 year lease.

Priority is given to those unable to purchase a property outright.

All residents pay a monthly service charge which is reviewed each July.
