The scheme has 22 two-bedroomed flats, six one-bedroomed flats in a two storey building and one two-bedroomed bungalow. Each property has warm-air gas-fired central heating and double glazed windows. The scheme has a community room and laundry.

A scheme manager lives on site and the scheme is linked to our central control system by intercom for emergencies.

Residents can part rent, part buy (shared ownership) purchasing 25%,50%,75% on a 99 year lease and pay a monthly rent for the remaining balance. The monthly rent is reviewed each July. The percentage for purchase will be agreed after a confidential financial assessment.

All residents pay a monthly service charge which is also reviewed each July. A 'group' television licence is available at a reduced rate for which all residents pay.
