The moveUK mobility services are no longer available from 20th January 2007. As from this date the Government has terminated its contract with the provider of these services.

If you are already registered for any of the moveUK services please read the following information.

Homeswap

The Homeswap service operated by moveUK on behalf of the Government has been discontinued. However, to minimise the disruption this will cause to customers of Homeswap there is a replacement service, HomeSwapper which tenants in the social housing sector can use www.homeswapper.co.uk to exchange homes.

HomeSwapper is easy to use with powerful and effective matching. It will automatically compare every new property added against your requirements and it will make sure you are alerted by email or text message to your mobile phone.
The full HomeSwapper service launched in early February 2007. Existing Homeswap data will not be used so to ensure you continue to get a service you must re-register.

Homes Mobility Scheme

The Homes Mobility Scheme has been discontinued, but we will honour any current applications that have been accepted.
