Inaugural ceremony to mark the
official opening of Hartfields.
18 August 2008
First residents move in (Phase 1A)
On-site communal facilities open.
October 2008
Phase 1B (64 units of accommodation), ready for move-in.
December 2008
Phase 2 (52 units of accommodation), ready for move-in.
March 2009
Phase 3 (43 units of accommodation), which is the final phase,
ready for move-in.
