Hartfields will have
its own dedicated handyperson to help with those DIY jobs around
your home that you can no longer manage.
Our partners at Hartlepool Borough Council, North Tees and
Hartlepool NHS Trust and Hartlepool Primary Care Trust, will have
an on-site presence at Hartfields. From this base they will
provide services for the local Hartlepool community, which may
include (still to be confirmed):
- District nurses
- Health visitors
- Physiotherapy
- Chiropody / Podiatry
In addition, Hartlepool Borough Council's Adult and Community
Services department will manage a Community Day Centre, which will
offer a range of services for adults.
