A partnership development

The JRHT's partners in developing Hartfields include Hartlepool Borough Council, Hartlepool Primary Care Trust, and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust. Hartfields has also benefited from a substantial grant from the Department of Health, as part of its 2004 allocation of funds for extra care schemes and funding from the Housing Corporation.

We will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Hartfields and already have a long established history in providing high quality housing and care for older people; including Hartrigg Oaks, our popular retirement village in York.
